The USITT Conference Mainstage Volunteer Program offers educational opportunities to learn from and work next to professionals representing disciplines from throughout the institute. Under the leadership of industry professionals/faculty, volunteers will work to plan, produce, and create the main Conference events including lighting and sound studios, as well as the main stage Conference sessions and celebrations.

All volunteers need to be registered as Student or Early Career members and commit to working around 20 hours during the week of the Conference. Leadership and pre-production positions will require a much larger time commitment for preproduction meetings, setup etc leading up to the Conference. Preference will be given to students who are available Monday March 18 thru 7pm March 23. If accepted into the program, Full Conference registration will be provided to volunteers. 

Volunteers must be current USITT Student or Early Career members. Membership is required to apply. Applicants must be college or university undergraduate or graduate students. Early Career members must be within three of years of attending school.
