Abstracts and Bios are due by November 17, 2017

Once abstracts have been accepted you will receive information about format for your final submission in either power point or jpeg format. Power point submissions will be able to support video and sound embedded in the presentation.

Final posters will be due in mid February for loading in to the system and testing so that we can have an exciting launch of this system which is in use at conferences across the nation.
